200 g mørk chokolade
50 g smør
140 g æg (blommer og hvider hver for sig)
60 g sigtet flormelis
1 st. vanilje
25 g smør til pensling
2 spsk. sukker
Smelt chokoladen, tilsæt smør og vaniljemarv. Pisk æggehviderne med flormelis, vend lidt af hviderne i chokolade blandingen, tilsæt æggeblommerne og resten af æggehviderne.
Smør formene og drys dem med sukker.
Fyld formene og frys dem i minimum 18 timer og bages direkte fra fryser ved 220c i forvarmet ovn i 12 min. Uden frysning bages de i 10 min.
